How do I make
a reservation without a credit card?
You can't.
We require credit card information for every reservation booked
online. If you do not have a credit card, please call the hotel
directly at 785-472-3116
Is there a
penalty for not using my reservation or "Not-Showing"?
Your credit
card is used to guarantee your hotel reservation. Cancellation
polices exist at most hotels. Your credit card will be charged a
penalty in the event you fail to follow the hotel's cancellation
policy. Information on each hotel's cancellation policy is
outlined on the Hotel Information screen.
What are the
change and cancellation policies for a hotel reservation?
Cancellation for your guaranteed reservation must be made by
noon the day of your scheduled arrival to avoid "No-Show" penalty.
Is there an
AAA or AARP discount available?
Yes. There is a 10% discount for AAA and AARP members.
What are
check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:30 a.m.
